Humble Coffee, 262 Florida Rd
We love to see some of our favourite spots blossoming into new locations and Humble Coffee's new outpost on Florida Road in Durban is a sweet treat, made even more so by the delightful Hillary.
Amy Gardiner, owner and roaster of Humble, says she met Hillary who stopped in at Churchill spontaneously while on a run to see if she was looking for any baristas. "And she just made an instant impression, I needed someone who would make the space their own and who could really engage with customers and Hillary loves to chat!"
The cabinet of grab and go goodies was very tempting but we opted for the Three Cheese Toastie for a nibble which was a winner! The coffees were, as ever, satisfying an comforting and wish this little grab and go spot all the best!

The interior design by Kevin Boyd, including this original artwork below, mean that the space is minimalist but hugely inviting.
