Starbucks SA is currently in London for a Leadership Summit and the Starbucks internal Barista Championship 2016. South Africa may be the newest market on Starbucks' books, but the barista talent here is obviously top notch as Musa Magwaza is proving at their annual internal competition. Musa made it to the Top 4! What an amazing opportunity for this very talented barista, hopefully we'll see him on the
SCASA competition stage soon! Ishan Natalie had this to say of Musa's journey:
"Musa got edged out by the barista from Portugal. From 15,000 competitors across the entire EMEA region, Musa made top 4 yesterday along Belgium, Portugal and Netherlands (all who have been with Starbucks for around 5 years). Everyone was very impressed with Musa who has only been with Starbucks for 6 months."
