So for a few weeks now we've been rambling on about a certain Gwilym Davies (everyone repeat after me now) the World Barista Champion 2009. Why all the buzz you may ask?
He is awesome, on many levels, but mostly because he is an example of what our industry is trying to aspire to. Humble excellence.
But enough from me, I'd rather let him do the talking, he is pretty good at it after 3 years on the world coffee circuit :)
