If you don't know the drill, at these Barista Competitions a barista has 15 minutes to make 4 espressos, 4 cappuccinos and 4 signature beverages (obviously using espresso) for a panel of 7 judges.

Even if you just watch the first 5 minutes of Laila's performance, you'll learn a heck of a lot and maybe begin to understand why these competitions are such a big deal for passionate baristas.
